( a lullaby in turkish culture)
*sleep and grow ninni(lullaby)
walk then ninni
drag your troubles then ninni
my son my daughter sleep ninni*
once upon a time long long times ago
in a time that is not so far and long ago
in a very beautiful vale which is not much far away
there was a famous village by its fertility
people of this nice village knew both sea and waves
walking in rain slipping on snow but loving sunny days
they would make their bitterness an appetizer for each goblet of wine
and they forgot their troubles in the past like this
in reality their lands were so rich
but to an unknown reason they were always poor
probably there wasn't an impact of the black crows of the village
it was coming like this and going like that there wasn't anything to do as it was their fate
finally someone couldn't stand and rose against the crows
said that: "they steal our claims" and made the people rise
finnaly he defeated the crows which had irrupted the village
but for sure at last he himself immigrated from the village
( a lullaby in turkish culture)
*sleep and grow ninni(lullaby)
walk then ninni
drag your troubles then ninni
my son my daughter sleep ninni*
then people of the village cried after him for long times
as crying they forgot the crows totally
as crying and yelling and being sorrowful suddenly the changed their moods to braged him
the only thing for their brag and pride was memories
one day black clouds covered the village sky
nobody realised that the crows brought the clouds
people thought it's summer rain and not paid attention to them
but these black clouds were the signs of the comming hurricane
some foxes (crafts) which was hopefull for the help of the crows
sang lullabys for the villagers and made them wrong as bright as a day
the clowns and liars of the village came together one day
getting into that known white glass told black lies
from their place and to their oppinions all the people were so silly
cause if they weren't fool they wouldn't be decieved
isn't it like this so that the people didn't do anything seeing everything which happens to them?
so they were deserving everything which was happening to them
oh what a beautiful lullaby is this illiteracy
everybody sank into sleep and slept finally
if you draged a bomb the wouldn't wake up
eeeeeeeeh my village sleep eeeeeeh eeeeeeeh
in fact there were many smart people and many wise men philosophers and old men
they yell that they had speaking rights but in fact they didn't have
cause crows had so much objections for the wise , thinkers and writers
and the foxes put everybody to sleep by the things they learned from these wise men
my beautiful village when will you wake up
how much you will stand these conditions
don't think that you'll win as sleeping
come on my village when will you wake up
