Who was that woman who made me write these lines?
Those tears of mine that the rain would envy have stopped
Do you believe it that I have a home; and also a routine now
Painful though but some strange scent has entered my room
It's rain that extinguishes the fire inside me and suppresses my tears
Every night, it's the rain that listens to my voice; It was a sudden stop for me
Someone slept on my chest; Never died like that ever in my life
As if your eyes are always on me. Why? why ..?
If you had courage would you knock at my door?
Is there a place for you on my bed?
Your scent was on someone else after all
If I had the energy, I'd forget you right now
Let some of them trickle down upon my bed
But all your tears were for someone else after all
Who was the man who made you lie?
My life ended up walking those streets that I wouldn't ever walk otherwise
Would you hug me now if you found me on the street?
The most painful though, but my hands smell like someone else now
