In darkness, and alone
There is no time for greatness
Nor endeavors of infinity
Ambitions fall apart
They fall to a simple truth
A place where worldly worry
And regret have no value
Only a lone beating heart
A breath for respite
An epiphany righteous
Being kind and considerate
Outweigh all earthly gains
Surely the load we bear
Is cast aside in slumber
So then upon awakening
The day casts great hopes
