Like the air beneath
The wings that soar
That can carry aloft
And float as a cloud
Unseen and sensed
Along the vapour paths
In a celestial blue
That is colourless
By day obscuring
Majestic astral rays
That twinkle bright
In the black night
Until the dawn shows
The sun's brilliance
That blinds in a feint
Of fiery hues cast
The cloudy curtains
Like a magician's trick
Make vanish boundaries
Delineating time's hold
Vapour trails crisply cut
Straight paths cross over
They smear in currents
The air is the artist here
In a shining jet far above
Catching the sun's rays
Spotted in wonder up there
Passengers go by unaware
All that is and is unseen
Faith is an everyday thing
The somewhat perceived
Gives way misunderstood
The incomprehensible...
