Words and actions taken to express unmitigated rampant fury
Rather than teaching to be even tempered, intact and bruiseless
A tomb to innocense and security in a child's heart and mind
Unknown, or noted, then avoided to thwart involvement, denial
A poet's heart created from the frustration, the pain, the helplessness
Knowing feelings intense, few may ever know, though at such a price
There is no way to find yourself than through a tumult of tears
Through pure barbarious hatred and destruction to know how to be a man
Wounded in the care of others, made an invalid by an authorities' rules
Supplimented, sutured, stroked, more complications of convolescence
Denied, abandoned, drained of dignity, left to drown in a litigating sea
Divorcing debts that were deemed owed by marriage but earned by another now gone
Unable to run, to dance, to walk unaided, weakened by lasting effects
Lifelong, debilitating but not internally disabling, yet percieved so
A body wretched, a mind dullened with memories lost, a heart scarred in loss
But none can defeat me, nor take my spirit, nor wreck my soul
The long labour, their pillaged freedom - accused of, the derogation of life
Have brought lessons to endure and excell against those unjust and apathetic
Learned to scout their path, know their ways, and surmount their obsticles
Still they have no compassion, no caring, unceasing for one who always has
Where shall it all come to close, sensation's cessation, a silent solice
Death and tears, attended by staff and sexton, and only the elements await
And until then...
None can defeat me, nor take my spirit, nor wreck my soul
